Job Title: Compliance/HR Analyst
A reputable global investment and advisory company based in Ikoyi is looking to hire a Compliance/HR Analyst.Job Responsibilities :
LEGAL
*Draft HR policies and monitor implementation
*Review Contracts and MOU's
*Draft correspondence and simple legal documents
*Management of all HR compliance records.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory laws guiding the HR unit
HR
*Assist HR with recruitment, selection processes and on-boarding
*Assists with planning new employee orientations
*Compile materials, report and maintain employee database records
*Carry out administrative and office support activities
*Perform variety of Internet research functions and uses word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
*Help plan, Implement and coordinate team events
*Other administrative duties
Desired Attributes:
*B.L Law
*At least a 2-2 GPA
*At least 1-2 years experience as a Legal or Human Resources practitioner
*Good Communication Skill
*Analytical Skill
*Presentation skill
*Ability to multitask
*Has a "can do" attitude and can work under pressure
