Job Details
Our client, a downstream player with leading position in the Nigeria Oil Industry, is looking to hire an INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICER.
The jobholder will report to the Company Secretary and assist with all administrative issues as they relate to the Board of Directors and other sub committees of the Board, Pre-Annual General Meeting, and Annual General Meetings.

1. Communication and Customer Relationship Management
2. Board and Shareholder Administration
3. Cost Management
4. Regulatory Compliance
5. Research and Analysis
6. Health & Safety
Job requirements:
• Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Law, at least 5-9 years of post-call-to-bar working experience
• Master’s degree in Business or Law would be an advantage
• Professional Certification(s) and membership will be an advantage
Experience - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial services, banking, equity research, investment management or accounting, capital market and regulations
• Must have a working knowledge of investor relations function
• Must have experience in preparing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
• Must have knowledge of legal and statutory filing and reporting requirements
