 Roles & Responsibilities

1. Setup branch users
2. Prompt response to branch complaints and inquiries
3. Act as contact for all branches on issues concerning virtual banking
4. Ensure SMS are delivered to customers
5. Provide detailed report of all activities within the sub-unit on daily, weekly basis and monthly basis.
6. Business Development

Requirements

1. Minimum education level – A good first degree in any discipline
2. A minimum of 0 - 5 years’ experience e-business, customer service, virtual banking or Related functions
