SUBJECT AND DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
• Assist in
the timely and efficient execution of ESMCS’s activities for the outsourced
services.
• Assist
with the necessary information as provided in the employee’s records.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
• Assist in
the implementation of efficient and effective HMO management, ensuring all
employees are duly registered under the HMO scheme
• Distribution
of HMO cards, Employees Identity card
• Ensure
efficient and timely tracking of all approved leave (annual, sick, casual leave
as well as maternity leave)
• Collate
applicants’ CVs for first level short listing.
• Contact
candidates for assumption of duty upon approval.
• Perform
preliminary references/credentials checks for new hires.
• File
documents for all recruitment activities within the department e.g. Hardcopies
of CVs, Credentials of all qualified applicants/ required employee documents.
• Resolve
first level inquiry on HMO/Pension issues.
• Perform
any other duties as assigned by the Senior Outsourcing Officer
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• First
degree/HND from a recognized Institution.
• Two (2)
years work experience in human resources management or related role.
