'Nigeria's Grim Unemployment Statistics' (see here http://sunnewsonline.com/new/?p=59179) is the title of a certain publication I stumbled on during my research and I realized that it aptly captures my inspiration for creating this blog. Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is quoted to have given a conservative estimate of Nigeria's Unemployment Rate to 5.3 million. More altruistically, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) puts the number of jobless Nigerians to 20.3 million. Seeing a gap and a need that can be met, I want to seize
this as a medium to reach out to people especially individuals that have become
weary of job search.
I am aware that some individuals have carved a ‘domain
name’ on Job sites but are still yet
to become ‘job man/woman’. Other individuals have been swindled of hard
earned or ‘dashed’ cash (dashed because they may not have started earning but perhaps given by
generous uncles/aunts, parents or well-wishers). On the other hand, some job
seekers can swear with their left ear (lol) that online job sites are false . I
have also come across a couple of job hunters who believe solely that only
‘mouth to mouth’ job referral is what they
works, hence they singly rely and subscribe to it.
While I will not want to debunk the various factors revolving around the various mindset of varying individuals on sites; I think there is gain saying that these copious factors are the brainchild of this blog. This blog seeks to create opportunity for swift job getting/gaining as well as provide avenues for job mobility.
A lot of innovative strides are ready and more being cooked (*winks*). Please look forward to it.
Here is wishing Real Job Quick blog a live touching existence ahead!!!
