A Lifestyle Technology Group in Abuja is looking to fill the role of a HR/Admin Manager is its esteemed group.
Job Requirement
- Masters/degree in Human resources
- CIPM/CIPD and any other relevant certification
- 5-7 years of active HR Management experience.
- Excellent understanding of process Implementation and Management
- Be a performance Management expert
Job Description
- Employee hiring, onboarding and exit systems.
- Ensuring the organisation is consistently in alignment with company’s mission and vision.
- Managing everything related to Human Resources in the organisation: reward systems, leave management, disciplinary systems, salary placement and raises etc
- Responsible for the effective management of the office and resources required for employees to execute their job.
- Supervises administrative personnel; Drivers, Security guards, Office Assistants etc.
- Oversees performance enhancement systems, ensures they are up to date and consistently receives and interprets reports for Management,
- Conducts Performance appraisals as at when due.
