Job Requirement

  •  Masters/degree in Human resources
  •  CIPM/CIPD and any other relevant certification
  •  5-7 years of active HR Management experience.
  •  Excellent understanding of process Implementation and Management
  •  Be a performance Management expert




Job Description


  •  Employee hiring, onboarding and exit systems.
  •  Ensuring the organisation is consistently in alignment with company’s mission and vision.
  •  Managing everything related to Human Resources in the organisation: reward systems, leave management, disciplinary systems, salary placement and raises etc
  •  Responsible for the effective management of the office and resources required for employees to execute their job.
  •  Supervises administrative personnel; Drivers, Security guards, Office Assistants etc.
  •  Oversees performance enhancement systems, ensures they are up to date and consistently receives and interprets reports for Management,
  •  Conducts Performance appraisals as at when due.
