Job Details
- The Technical Support Officer will interface with Customer Service operatives and technical staff on VAS related issues.
- He/She will deliver quality customer support to end-users, process information in response to queries, carryout installations, upgrades and configurations on all Company products and services.
Job Requirements
- Eligible candidates must possess minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.
- Must also possess Up-to-date technical knowledge, good interpersonal and customer care skills, good analytical and problem solving skills.
